Construction Updates
Building 1: Roof framing is at 80% and framing is 97% complete overall. Roofing and window installation has started in areas where roof framing is complete. Plumbing rough-ins will be complete to the roof for the whole building by mid-April. HVAC, sprinkler and electrical rough-ins are following in behind. Building 2: Framing is 60% complete overall. Level 4 walls are 80% complete. Building 3: Pre-fabrication of the walls will begin off site in April, with site installation to begin in June.

Construction Updates
The 2-level parkade is on track for substantial completion by the end of September. Building 3 East is in a near finished state. The remaining buildings will be completed in a phased manner. The first phase will be partial occupancy of the parkade plus Building 1, followed by Building 2, Building 3 West, and the townhouses. Framing is well underway for Building 1, with framing progressing between levels 2 and 4. The roof should be installed by the end of the year. Occupancy for the first phase (partial parkade and Building 1) is targeted for year end, 2023.

Construction updates
As we enter summer, construction efforts are now focused on two fronts: framing Building 1 (71 condo units) and completing the parkade structure. Framing of Building 1 is well underway with the first section of Level 1 completed. Construction of the parkade is now well over the half-way mark and we are targeting a September finish for the Level 1 plaza slab. Construction update
Construction of the two-level parkade is now past the 50% complete mark and we nearing completion of slab on grade at the last section. The structure should be completed this summer. Framing of Building 1 (71 units) is starting May 30. The framing contractor has been building wall panels off site for the past two months and walls are ready for more than half the building already. The crane(s) will be busy!

On Thursday April 21st we welcomed Mayor Desjardins and Councillors Morrison and Hundleby for a very special construction tour of Rosemeade and Oakwoods, led by Arie! The Council was blown away by the amount of work we are doing, and are very appreciative of our attention to detail when it comes to the Rosemeade renovation. Overall, it was a very successful tour.

Construction Update
Despite difficult weather, great progress was made on the parkade in January. Our first sections of slab on grade were poured and we just completed our first section of suspended slab. By the end of February we will have the first section of L1 plaza slab erected. We are on track to have the concrete build of the parkade finished this Spring. Framing of our first building, Building 1 (71 condo units), is scheduled to commence in April.

Construction Update
Our crane is up! Shotcrete is now underway + the parkade is taking form. Excavation of the balance parkade continues with line drilling + blasting progressing southward on the site. Excavation will complete early in the year with the concrete portion of the parkade complete in the spring. We look forward to framing commencing shortly thereafter.

Construction Update
Excavation of the parkade is proceeding swiftly with line drilling and blasting nearly complete on the first zone of the parkade. We now have a formwork trade on board + are strategizing to keep things rolling with footings commencing in September + targeting a parkade completion in April.
